The blossom management team has represented photographers, hair and make-up artists and stylists for almost 15 years now, trading under the name m4 motion until 2008. We support our clients in deciding on a team to best suit their specific demands and offer our artists advice in handling thei ...more jobs and in all matters concerning career management.

In terms of photography our focus is the fashion industry. Our hair and make-up artists and stylists also work in advertising, at shows and events and they look after celebrities’ personal appearance. Our booking teams in Berlin and Hamburg represent artists in Germany and at a number of locations around the world including New York, Miami and Cape Town.

It is important to us to support new talents in building their portfolios and getting them started in the fashion and advertising industry. As the first agency in Germany we startet to represent upcoming artists in our development department almost ten years ago. Furthermore we offer hair and make-up workshops at our own academy where experienced artists prepare new talent for working on set.

As a member of both BAVUS (association of agencies for hair, make-up and styling) and RFI (association of agencies for photography and illustration) we advocate fair working conditions for the creative artists we represent.
