‘The gold of Morocco’ - CHRISTIN SNYDERS photographs STILLS for ARGAND'OR

Argan oil is often referred to as ‘liquid gold’ - not only because of its golden colour, but also because of its rarity and the complex production process. Just one litre of argan oil requires around 30 kilograms of argan fruit, which is traditionally harvested by hand by Berber women in Morocco. This craft is passed down from generation to generation.

For the Stills campaign, CHRISTIN SNYDERS worked together with the natural cosmetics brand ARGAND'OR, a family business that is committed to sustainability and fairness. Their products are of the highest quality and combine valuable argan oil with exceptional ingredients such as aloe vera and prickly pear. ARGAND'OR is also socially committed and maintains fair partnerships with the women's cooperatives that produce the argan oil.
