The new VW ID.4 combines the versatility of a modern SUV with the performance of an electric car. The battery-electric SUV, launched for the first time in the spring of 2021, is VW’s second production vehicle following the ID.3 that is based on the Modular Electric Drive Kit (MEB). For VOLKSWAGEN America, MP CURTET photographed the motifs presented here.

Hyundai Motor introduced its brand-new sport adventure vehicle, the Santa Cruz 2022, at the world premiere in Tucson, Arizona. JEFF LUDES skillfully staged the newest racing horse in the stable of the Korean manufacturer with a touch of adventure. The sport adventure vehicle is a blend of the segments SUV, pickup and crossover.

“HYUNDAI is launching a creative new design, their first ever pickup truck. They tasked me with producing a wide range of visuals, and we quickly went to work exploring locations in northern California. Beautiful weather greeted us most days, but when the fog came, it was also a blessing, creating a mood perfectly suited to the rugged coastline. After a week of shooting, Curve dove into the images, fine-tuning every detail.”

“Our first-ever sport adventure vehicle is built to pack all that you can into each day – down to the last detail. We gave it the perfect combination – the modern convenience and space of an SUV, and the open bed of a pickup truck, to bring you uncommon flexibility and freedom,” says HYUNDAI. The Santa Cruz 2022 was scheduled to roll off the assembly line at the plant in Montgomery, Alabama, starting June and will be available at first only in the US. For HYUNDAI, the Santa Cruz is the first pickup model on the North American market.

With a keen eye for light, luxury and location, transportation photographer MATTHEW JONES staged the new LINCOLN Nautilus 2022 for the agency Hudson Rouge with CD John Sippel. The motifs for Ford Motor Company’s premium brand Lincoln presented here were photographed in Phoenix, Arizona – with a focus on combining an editorial fashion aesthetic and automotive advertising.

Matthew Jones : “With the help of Curve Digital, the look and feel of the series was developed from the actual 35mm stills used in the campaign and replicated onto the remaining digital images for a polished, yet raw fit and finish.” Matthew Jones is an award-winning photographer based in Atlanta, Georgia. You’ll also find him in Los Angeles quite often – that is if he’s not busy producing somewhere else. Like in Phoenix. The city, known for sunshine all year round and warm temperatures, is located in the heart of the Valley of the Sun, one of the largest metropolitan regions spanning several counties.

Creative Director John Sippel comments obviously satisfied : “Beautiful house, beautiful landscape, beautiful wardrobe, a beautiful woman, and a beautiful cactus.” And we have the woman, the car, the spread and, of course, the cactus for you here on GoSee.NEWS.
