In Los Angeles, I developed a technique that was originally intended for depicing landscapes. Back in Germany, I then transferred this technique to people. My focus is people photography and so the feeling for people, the situation and the mood flows into the present work. The painterly image conception and the openess of the situation leaves room for the interpretation of the viewer.
