Cover & Reveal

For the series Cover & Reveal I asked my models to perform certain poses, dissected their bodies with my camera and condensed them into temporary sculptures. The bodies were shown in their fragments, hidden, exposed by light, fabric and surfaces. Nature, skin, the three bodies merge in the images, becoming one with each other and their surroundings. The abstraction distracts from the nudity. The shame is masked by the skin in the light. The bodies are so exposed that we overlook their nakedness.
