YOUR TASKS
For each production, you will supervising the project from A to Z.
There is 5 key moments for each project which involve different tasks and competencies:

1. Daily strong communication, organization and planning skills are requested to listen and understand the project, the deadline, the technical and budget constraints of our customers. Each project is different! You will be the voice of the customer as the single point of contact.

2. Pre-production: conception and development of E-com direction: content, technical and deadline implementation of the visual conception and briefing of team : sales, model booker, logistic, production (hair and make-up artist, stylist, photograph) and post-production.

3. Production: realizing and effectively communicating the vision by working with inhouse and external teams to action brief and direction. Controlling the shootings for quality assurance, advising the team on set and selecting the deliverables.
4. Post-production: aid in edit and retouching process to help with the final delivery of imagery and ad hoc video content.
5. Closing the project: send the deliverables to the customer, sharing the feedbacks of the customers and invoicing.


YOUR PROFILE
• At least 2 years’ experience as Key Account Manager or Project Manager in a creative environment.
• Experience in Fashion or Jewelry E-com business is an advantage.
• Proven ability to negotiate with customers and help developing sales growth.

• German and /or Swedish is a plus.

YOUR TASKS
As a Model Booker you will be part of the Brand Management team. Your responsibility is to ensure we have the best models to fulfil the clients’ demand. With a perfect casting eye, you’ll be constantly searching for new faces for our clients, reacting to new briefs. As a key member of the production process, you will need to be extremely efficient with strong communication skills (per phone and per E-mail), eye for detail and ability to think on your feet whilst remaining calm.
Your core role as a Model Booker is to secure confirmations on models in demand, and coordinate bookings the business requires to fulfil product intake.

• Creative ability to understand the variety of the different brand segments and model aesthetic for male and female models, and to cast accordingly.
• Continuously grow pools of models, organize scouting, casting and fittings, and nurturing existing relationships with Hungarian and international model agencies as well as establishing new ones, ensuring our first-class reputation is maintained.
• Excellent understanding of the budget and wider business requirements, negotiating the best rate and booking terms to maximize each model booking.
• Responsible for following end-to-end processes on each booking; ensuring all details are completed thoroughly for both SPICE and the agencies.
• Making sure the models’ wellbeing in the studio and order lunch and taxi.
• Help the organization of the travel of the foreigner models.
• Working with the production team to create shooting schedules considering priorities and model availabilities.
• Always being approachable and proactive, you will become a strong support for brand management.

• Optimize the Model Booking and the Finance department workflow.

We’re looking for an experienced producer (M / F / D) who can lead our second unit of freelance producers, to deliver high-quality stills and motion content for our clients.

About TAKE Creative Production GmbH:

TAKE Creative Production GmbH is a creative production with a head office in Berlin. Our main scope covers the world of art, fashion and luxury. Assembling multi-disciplinary teams, we work closely with brands, creatives and advertising agencies to curate the finest collaborations for the job, delivering bespoke production services focused on supporting and creating unique and compelling content. As a full-service production company, TAKE work across digital and print media, campaign concepts, branded content and digital marketing management, as well as artists collaborations and cultural events.

ABOUT YOU:

You’ve got a minimum of 3 years experience as a mid-level producer with a production/photographic company.

Ability to manage productions, budgets and schedules up to € 150K

Knowledge of legal agreements and familiarity with contracting.

You’re willing and keen to travel for productions and client meetings. Ability to work flexible hours.

A solutions focussed approach and team player with a collaborative working style.

Great interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate constructively and with a pro active approach.

Passion for youth culture, music, sport, fashion and trends.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and German is required, Spanish or French a plus)

Valid driving license is needed


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project management and communication between clients, artists and suppliers in all aspects of job

Provide cost breakdowns and timelines, as well as ensuring feasibility of projects during pre-production.

Internal budget management, liaising with the finance department to process invoices, ensure timely payments and flag any financial issues.

Confident handling of MS Office, Filemaker and Adobe software

Confident with on set-production. Experienced with general pre-production and coordination for international jobs

Responsible for the contractual and rights elements of all shoots including vendor agreements, licenses and permissions.

Coordinating all production updates and documents required for clients, Talent and third parties where appropriate.

Managing relationships with freelancers, production companies, post production houses, studios and filmmakers.

Efficiently manage and mentor freelance producers, Production assistants and other suppliers.

Deine Aufgaben

• Projektmanagement / Organisation von Video- und Filmsets /
Kundenbetreuung
• Selbstständige Koordination des gesamten Produktionsablaufs
• Drehplanung und Projektsteuerung

• Ansprechpartner:in und Schnittstelle für alle Fachbereiche
• Briefing der ausführenden Teams, sowie der Postproduktion
