As co-founder of the art production company SOLOMON | WINTER, she and her long-time partner Birte Solomon create tailor-made productions – from the first idea to the final image. Her specialty? High-end casting, art buying, and art production for photo and film – both nationally and internationally, across print, digital, and moving image. Backed by a global network of artists and talent agencies, they ensure seamless workflows and outstanding visual results.
Before founding SOLOMON | WINTER, Bianca Winter spent over 14 years as Deputy Head of Art Buying at Jung von Matt – one of Europe’s most renowned creative agencies. There, she worked with legendary photographers such as Peter Lindbergh, Terry Richardson, Craig McDean, Camilla Akrans, and Alex Prager, while always keeping a sharp eye on emerging talent – discovering, supporting, and guiding them on their creative paths.
To this day, she scouts new artists with great passion – from photographers to directors and DOPs – and advises them strategically on their creative and professional development. As co-initiator of the WTSPRNG Award, she actively supports up-and-coming photographers, serves as a juror at prestigious industry events such as UPDATE Berlin and the GoSeeAWARDS, and connects the right talents with the right brands and agencies.
And there’s more: Bianca Winter recently completed her curatorial training at the University of Hamburg. She now curates photo book projects and exhibitions and offers individual coaching and mentoring for photographers.
