ghd – aka Good Hair Day – is one of the great innovators in the hairstyling business and is considered a love brand in the highly competitive beauty market. The company, famous for its hair straighteners, is originally from the city of Leeds in the United Kingdom. GHD is sold in more than 50,000 salons worldwide and was the first hair tool sponsor of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

The company was founded in 2001 by Martin Penny, Gary Douglas, Susan Powls and Robert Powls. Today, ghd is part of the Coty empire.
