Sabine Högerl, born in Munich, completed her apprenticeship as a hairdresser at Lipperts Friseure in 2013, following which she continued her training in workshops on the latest trends & techniques (barbers, wigs, headpieces). In 2014, she finished her training as an international visagist at Make-up Atelier Paris.
Working for several years as an assistant on large productions has enabled Sabine to continuously expand her expertise and, by doing so, develop her own signature style. She worked at the side of Frank Brormann, founder of Calligraphy Cuts, until 2017 and has since been a successful freelancer active throughout Germany and in almost all corners of the globe.
A wide variety of productions for clients such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, H&M, C&A, FC Bayern München or Douglas underscore how extraordinarily high Sabine sets the bar when it comes to the quality of her work. Plus, clients always appreciate the level of professionalism and pinch of humor Sabine brings to the set.
“In my work, it’s important to me to accentuate a person’s natural beauty and not merely create masks. For me, that’s above all what makes a good makeup artist.” Sabine Högerl tells us.
