SLEBODA becomes the most successful series in Poland - the campaign was photographed by MATTHIAS CLAMER c/o KATY NIKER
On behalf of the London office of the Los Angeles-based creative agency Once Upon A Time, MATTHIAS CLAMER photographed the campaign for 'Śleboda' - Sky Showtime's first locally produced original series in Poland.
The agency won the award for the "Best 360° Campaign" for its work. With a gripping mix of thriller and drama, 'Śleboda' fascinated viewers not only in Poland: The crime drama follows the young anthropologist Anka (played by Maria Debska) on her journey of self-discovery. But her path is marked by dark secrets and criminal entanglements. Anka becomes involved in a case that tests not only her professional knowledge, but also her personal limits.

The series is an adaptation of the first part of the critically acclaimed crime novel series by Malgorzata Fugiel-Kuzminska and Michal Kuzminski.
Photographer Matthias Clamer specializes in celebrities and portraits and has already created visually stunning campaigns for many successful series. His talent lies in creating impressive images from even the simplest concepts - and always remaining calm. Every portrait is carefully researched, no matter how well-known the subject may be: "I learn everything about a person, but then let my creativity run free and focus on interesting or visual features," Matthias explains his approach. "I go into a shoot with a plan, but the plan is flexible and only serves as a framework that can develop during the shoot."
Matthias is from Germany, studied art in England and began his career in New York City, where he lived for 18 years before moving to Los Angeles with his family. Matthias is represented by Katy Niker, London.
