The TUSH51 ‘HEFTIG’ cover spread with makeup by Gabrielle THEURER and styled by Julius FORGO & Tanja FORGO-METTLER, all three artists c/o BASICS.BERLIN
Creative duo Peggy and Kristian Schuller produced one of the cover editorials for the TUSH 51 ‘HEFTIG’ issue, or roughly ‘intense’. At their side was the BASICS.BERLIN team with longtime partner in crime Gabrielle THEURER herself for makeup as well as the styling team Julius FORGO and Tanja FORGO-METTLER.
In front of the camera stood model and actress Lera Abova, born in Siberia and the famous muse of many years of star photographer David Sims. Following shoots with several sought-after photographers and for the industry’s big mags, the equally beautiful and intense Russian model, who has chosen Berlin as her new home, was discovered by Director Luc Besson on Instagram and subsequently cast for his film ‘Anna’ alongside Sasha Luss, Helen Mirren, Luke Evans, and Cillian Murphy.
