Publishing house AT tells us about its book entitled ‘Non-Alcoholic’ : “Non-alcoholic drinks are the buzz everywhere: More and more are acquiring a taste for healthy aperitifs. Not a big surprise – after all, what could be better than getting up after a night out and feeling fresh as a daisy without the slightest hangover? Which is precisely why author Nicole Klauss has dedicated her work entirely to non-alcoholic drinks and is sharing a diabolically good recipe from her book ‘Non-Alcoholic’.
All you need :
60 ml Seedlip Spice
20 ml lime juice
10 ml simple syrup
Ice plus lime zest for decoration
How to mix : Pour Seedlip, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker. Add ice and shake for about 15 seconds. Pour into a coupette and decorate with 1 lime zest.”
The author of the book ‘Non-Alcoholic’ is Nicole Klauss, and the cocktail comes from Robert Schröter.
