Smart fashion that cares - Tristan RÖSLER c/o SHOTVIEW ARTISTS MANAGEMENT photographs the AZ FACTORY X ZALANDO fashion collaboration
The AZ Factory collective, established by the late Israeli designer Alber Elbaz, who passed away in 2021, along with the Richemont Group, collaborates with a number of ‘Amigos’, a rotating roster of guest designers, to continue Elbaz’s creative legacy.
The latest AZ FACTORY X ZALANDO collaboration was photographed by Tristan RÖSLER c/o SHOTVIEW ARTISTS MANAGEMENT.
The project marked designer Alber Elbaz’s return to fashion after the end of his successful tenure at Lanvin in 2015. Having previously worked at Guy Laroche, served as creative director at Yves Saint Laurent, and held the same role at Lanvin, AZ Factory was the first time he had the chance to hold the reins himself.
Elbaz passed away in April 2021 at the age of 59 from COVID-19 at the American Hospital in Neuilly-sur-Seine near Paris.
