Glenmorangie Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky unveils its new global campaign featuring Hollywood legend Harrison Ford. The actor, known for his iconic roles, brings his signature dry humor to a series of episodes directed by Joel Edgerton.

'Once Upon a Time in Scotland' follows Harrison Ford on a journey to the home of Glenmorangie. In the stunning Scottish Highlands, he discovers the craftsmanship that goes into every bottle of this renowned whisky. The actor immerses himself in authentic Scotland – from the nuances of the Scottish accent and kilt etiquette to bonding with locals over a Dram of Single Malt. The scenes were intentionally shot in an unconventional "Off-Script" style. The episodes highlight the impressive natural beauty of the Scottish Highlands in the northeast of Scotland. Featured locations include the historic Glenmorangie distillery in Tain, where Glenmorangie has been produced for over 180 years, the iconic 19th-century Ardross Castle, and the breathtaking landscape surrounding Loch Glass.

The centerpiece of the campaign is a 60-second film directed by actor and filmmaker Joel Edgerton, accompanied by striking stills from fashion photographer Lachlan Bailey. The creative direction was led by Justin O’Shea. Bandits Production handled the production, with Hungry Man overseeing the UK production. Scottish production expert LS PRODUCTIONS ensured a smooth workflow on location.

'Once Upon a Time in Scotland' will be released globally on online video platforms, connected TV, out-of-home, experimental advertising formats, and social media starting January 28, 2025. The six episodes and behind-the-scenes content will be available in full on Glenmorangie.com.
