The representation for illustration SEPIA is delighted to welcome its new entry Clo’e FLOIRAT from Paris! After completing her studies of Critical Writing at the Royal Collage of Art in London, her career first began as an art critic. Writing then brought her to illustration. Today, she loves to capture the daily lives of people in cheerful images and also makes smaller animations – preferably with a witty idea.
The fashion house LONGCHAMP gave Clo’e carte blanche and thus complete creative freedom to design the famous Le Pliage handbag as well as a collection of leather goods and accessories. She was granted carte blanche once again the next year by the Louvre in Paris for the museum’s Instagram account to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the glass pyramid. She illustrated the book ‘Génération Pyramide’, which was co-published by the Louvre Museum and Marabout Editions. Four teenagers storm the Louvre Museum with élan and quick wit – the eye-catching illustrations came from Clo’e.
Among the clients of Clo’e are also Hermès, L’Officiel Art, Art Press, Monocle, The New York Times, and The New Yorker. And Clo’e now looks forward to creative cooperations with agencies and publishing companies in Germany. More from her portfolio is available via SEPIA.
