The people, sports & lifestyle photographer presents his new website michaelmuellerfotografie.com. Capturing the uniqueness of a moment as naturally and unadulterated as possible without artificial light is the motivation behind his work, for which he has been booked for several years internationally by companies in the advertising industry and from the areas of sports, people & lifestyle. “My new website is not only a collection of productions from over the past years, it is a collection of moments, moods and emotions which I had the honor of experiencing with so many inspiring people.” Michael Müller tells GoSee.
“The moment is the here and now; moments shape our lives; moments are ephemeral. Photography captures the moment here and now, skillfully stopping the world from turning in a fleeting instance, to preserve the moment in digital or analogue form.
With my photography, I would like to capture these moments and tell stories. Stories of journeys to distant lands, trips to big cities or solitude mountain realms – and they are minute moments, often neither planned nor staged. I want the beholder to understand these moments and to be touched by them, to feel and experience these moments.
Natural light and whatever mood the weather may be in provide me with the setting for a scene. Adaptation, flexibility and teamwork are all necessary in order to capture moods and emotions which, in the end, touch the beholder and make the client happy.”
He recently produced an emotional photo spread in Lisbon for fashion label CECIL with Gaby Correa Productions or photographed a dreamlike sunrise on the trails to the Table Mountain for Engelhornsports...
