NEW : Holger Wild, Transportation & People photographer, Hamburg : BFF Gold Award for artificial beach series ‘Run of the Years’, arctic project and an overview of his outdoor transportation portfolio
We are pleased to welcome Holger Wild as a new entry to GoSee. The transportation and people specialist photographer works worldwide for international clients such as AMG, Adidas, Audi, BMW, Chrysler, Citroen, Dodge, Lamborghini, MAN and Volvo, to name but a few.
In addition to his commissioned photography he also manages to realise his own personal projects. His ‘Run of the Years’ work won Gold in BFF magazine. The personal project shows in equally serious and amusing ways how the passing of time can change us irreversibly. Philip Hochgesandt at Zerone treated the large format black and white prints to post-production. “A tongue in cheek approach both in terms of content and post-production excesses, that have become omnipresent in today’s society.”
Holger told GoSee, “I came up with the idea whilst lying on the beach with a little camera and was observing people as if they were in a flipbook. And hence a very simple but very arresting typology was created about aging.”
We have attached one of his early photographic projects, ‘Civilized Raw’ produced in Alaska and published as a mag book.
