Let's explore - PUNCTUM IMAGES directs and produces Škoda’s New EV Campaign

Coffee, fridge magnets, football... ŠKODA's latest campaign spots leave no stone unturned in their efforts to win over even the most undecided electric vehicle owners. The campaign was developed by FCB London, and PUCTUM IMAGES was entrusted with its execution.

"Owning an EV is EASY! That idea sparked this playful campaign for Škoda Auto, created by Punctum Images together with FCB London. Instead of their usual photorealistic CGI worlds, Punctum embraced a more stylized, joyful approach where direction, storytelling, and bold visual ideas led the way. The studio handled the full film direction and complete production, shaping every moment from concept to final delivery." PUNCTUM IMAGES, Creative Studio, Prague & Los Angeles.

In close collaboration with Škoda Auto and FCB London, the goal was to redefine the electric driving experience. PUCTUM IMAGES directed and handled the complete CGI implementation, crafting both the visual narrative and every detail on screen.

To bring the story to life, they worked with millions of CGI particles—from swirling coffee beans to playful magnets—creating dynamic scenes that highlight the ease and comfort of electric driving. This project is yet another perfect example of how far creative storytelling can go when the entire world is created in CGI.

Today we're sending you a newsletter preview of the upcoming UPDATE 25. For many of you, the UPDATE SALON is a day packed with conversations, impressions, inspiration,... accompanied by goodies, giveaways, postcards, snacks, and the occasional glass of champagne or coffee.

What seems so easy requires a lot of organization in advance. You have to find a date, secure exhibitors, inspire creatives, and continuously coordinate with the venue. Interviews are conducted, visitors are accredited, exhibitor requests are recorded, and so on... anyone who has ever organized an event knows what we're talking about.

We're all the more pleased by the overwhelming positive feedback, especially in these turbulent and challenging times. Listing all the people and agencies we're looking forward to seeing would be beyond the scope here. That's why we're featuring some examples of visitors and exhibitors in our UPDATE SPECIAL to give you a feel for our favorite event.
