Fixip is a team of highly talented specialists in the field of retouching, editing, colorgrading, and creating digital assets using CGI. The team is based in Los Angeles and Europe and is highly versatile, depending on the project.

A perpetual camera-addict, I was born in Hamburg, raised in Spain, and now a resident of both New York City and Berlin. I'm a constant traveler, and my experiences abroad provide me with constant inspiration. For me, working behind the camera is not just an occupation but a passion that is fundamentally part of who I am. 

Filmmaking allows me to draw inspiration from all sources; from the music I listen to, the places I visit, and from the people I meet. It's a journey that constantly enriches me, and like all journeys, it's an experience I love sharing with others. Indeed, working with the camera is similar to travel - taking me to places which are beautiful, hidden, and always different. Distant or just around the corner, each locale offers new insights and perspectives.

I am a Berlin based FILM COLORIST and PHOTO RETOUCHER offering Color Grading & Retouching for both film/video and photography.

 

I bring a combination of technical skill and creative vision to every project — be it commercials, fashion films, music videos, web content, short films, documentaries, corporate videos, photographs, animated stills and social media content as well as a combination of multiple formats. 

I work with the latest versions of Adobe’s Creative Suite and Blackmagic’s powerful film editing software DaVinci Resolve Studio and I am familiar with industry-standard color management systems.

 

My strength lies in providing holistic support for projects. I bring my versatility to productions that combine film and photography in particular - be it editing & color grading of moving image content or professional photo retouching.

The range of services includes high-end post production for advertising campaigns, editorials and artistic works including look development and color grading, on set post production, digital support, proof matching, data backup as well as training of staff on client side (if requested).

Our approach is having complete control over every element of an image to being able to create the perfect balance for luminosity, color and grading to enhance the story told in each image.

 Giusy Naitana was born (1974) and raised in The Netherlands (Amsterdam-region), with a Dutch-Italian family background and started her creative career in dance and music at the Scapino Ballet Academy.

During her studies at the Netherlands Film and Television Academy, she worked on different projects in the film industry, including advertising, documentary, graphic design and feature film. She graduated with a bachelor in film editing in 2005 with one television series “Docklands” ( rewarded with Cinekid Kinderkast jury award,), a short fiction “Lena” and one interactive installation ” Night Watcher”.

In 2006, she moved to Athens, picked up Greek (fluently) and worked as 1st assistant and co-editor for a Greek television series and three Greek feature films. The last film she worked on ” Knifer” received 7 Hellenic Academy awards including “best editing”. After living in Greece for almost 3 years she and her family decided to move to Denmark to follow their personal dreams and ambitions and to get new input and inspiration.

In 2012 she founded kliipLAB together with her colleague Wiebe van der Vliet.
At kliipLAB  we are using our classical film background and focuse on international postproduction.
Building stories and exploring new ways of storytelling are our biggest passion.

Don't worry, that's what I'm here for! I make sure your images not only look the way you envision them, but also achieve the desired impact. As a link between creation and technology – photography, CGI, and AI – I've been helping bring images to life for over 15 years. My job is to make your products and messages so visible that they evoke emotions and deliver campaigns with pinpoint accuracy.

My story – from my first steps in photography, through my roles as Junior Art Director and full-time retoucher, to CGI specialist and team lead in post-production. The perfect finish has always been my passion. This in-depth knowledge of the entire production chain allows me to work with technical precision and consider the diverse needs of budgets, timelines, and industry-specific requirements. The result: precise, reliable, and extremely efficient post-production, even when time is of the essence or the budget is tight. Whether your source material was photographed, CGI rendered, or AI generated, I develop customized solutions for photographers, agencies, and direct clients alike.
