‘Couture Transfer’ with polaroid transfers and couture outfits by TIM PETERSEN extended through 30 July, 2023

Due to popular demand, Tim Petersen’s exhibition ‘Couture Transfer’ with Polaroid transfers and couture outfits has been extended until 30 July, 2023. With the exhibition at Sofitel Frankfurt Opera, the five-star superior hotel on Opernplatz with a knack for fashion continues a tradition it has grown to love.

The fashion photographer Tim Petersen, who comes from Hamburg and lives in New York, not only gives us a glimpse at a little fashion history with his series of Polaroid transfers of staged designs by big fashion players the likes of Jean Paul Gaultier at the end of the 1990s, but also a bit of photography history because of the elaborate manufacturing methods and limited edition.

‘Une vie débauche’ fashion story with Luc Defant for BEST FASHION, photographed by TIM PETERSEN in southern France

TIM PETERSEN photographed the spread entitled ‘Une vie débauche’ with Luc Defant in front of the camera on the Côte d’Azur. Embracing the ethos of living like a god in France, the photos were created in an elegant location. Creative Director was Fashion Editor Yilmaz Aktepe, with Producer Grit Brüggemann, and grooming taken care of by Marco Huelsebus from Artistspool.
