Under the campaign slogan "CAPTRAIN ZIEHT MIT!" 5 motifs were photographed with employees from the company. The production was under the direction of the agency DEBA GmbH.
Employees were cast on site and staged in the motifs.
The employer branding campaign was shown at train stations throughout Germany.
